WEEKEND has one goal in mind: making cocktails more accessible and sustainable behind the bar – whether in a commercial bar or at your private party. We achieve this by creating award-winning cocktails that can be served ready-to-drink, with or without alcohol, straight from the bottle or on tap.

Today, we supply more than 1,000 hospitality venues and stores in Belgium, the Netherlands, Ireland, and the Baltic states, and 5 cocktails are served every minute. We are now preparing to further expand our international ambitions and continue working on our vision to become Europe’s leading cocktail brand.

Who are we looking for? 🔎

As a Finance & HR Administrator at WEEKEND, you ensure that our day-to-day financial and administrative operations run smoothly. Don’t worry: you don’t need to be an accountant yourself. You will work closely with our external accounting firm and support them with accurate and timely input. We’re looking for someone who is structured, gets energy from well-organized administration, and wants to be part of a young and dynamic team.

What does the role involve? 🎁

As a Finance & HR Administrator, you are responsible for:

  • Recording and approving purchase invoices, matching bank transactions, and ensuring that all invoices and receipts are processed on time in the accounting system
  • Managing accounts receivable and payable administration
  • Scheduling and executing payment runs, working together with our CFO to monitor the company’s cash flow
  • Managing our general administration, such as answering the main phone line and handling the general and financial mailboxes
  • Performing administrative HR tasks such as payroll administration, expense management, and overseeing telecom and vehicle fleet management
  • Implementing advanced tools and processes to optimize the financial and administrative workflow

  • You have a sharp eye for detail and can effortlessly maintain oversight of the administration
  • You work in a highly structured way and take satisfaction in neatly checking off your to-do list
  • You are customer-oriented, communicate clearly, and enjoy helping both colleagues and clients
  • You work independently and efficiently in a fast-growing and dynamic environment
  • Experience with Exact Online is a plus
  • You have excellent command of the Dutch language
