WEEKEND has one goal in mind: making cocktails more accessible and sustainable behind the bar – whether in a commercial bar or at your private party. We achieve this by creating award-winning cocktails that can be served ready-to-drink, with or without alcohol, straight from the bottle or on tap.
Today, we supply more than 1,000 hospitality venues and stores in Belgium, the Netherlands, Ireland, and the Baltic states, and 5 cocktails are served every minute. We are now preparing to further expand our international ambitions and continue working on our vision to become Europe’s leading cocktail brand.
Who are we looking for 🔎
As an Operations Coordinator, you are the operational linchpin of WEEKEND.
You make everything behind the scenes run smoothly: orders, admin, deliveries, invoicing, HR support, reporting… You keep the strings together and ensure everything is correct, on time, and moving forward.
You’ll work closely with our sales, finance, and operations teams, with a keen eye for detail and a love for structure, efficiency, and teamwork.
What does this role entail? 🎁
As an Operations Coordinator, you will:
- Process incoming orders, coordinate deliveries, and make sure everything reaches the customer correctly and on time
- Handle customer and partner inquiries by email and phone, follow up on questions, and align internally where needed
- Prepare invoicing, process purchase and sales invoices, and follow up on payments
- Collaborate with our external accounting firm and ensure all financial admin is timely and accurate
- Support HR administration: payroll preparation, expenses, fleet, telecom, and onboarding of new colleagues
- Maintain and update contracts, sales data, and CRM records
- Take on office management tasks: insurances, office supplies, team events, and general admin
- Think along on and implement improvements to our processes, tools, and workflows to work more efficiently

What do we expect from you? 👋
- You are organized, accurate, and keep a clear overview with ease
- You have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and take initiative to improve things
- You communicate clearly, customer-focused, and professionally
- You work independently in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
- Experience in office management, administration, or customer support is a plus
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems or Exact Online is an advantage
- You speak fluent Dutch, and English is no problem (French is a plus)
