WEEKEND has one goal in mind: making cocktails more accessible and sustainable behind the bar – whether in a commercial bar or at your private party. We achieve this by creating award-winning cocktails that can be served ready-to-drink, with or without alcohol, straight from the bottle or on tap.
Today, we supply more than 1,000 hospitality venues and stores in Belgium, the Netherlands, Ireland, and the Baltic states, and 5 cocktails are served every minute. We are now preparing to further expand our international ambitions and continue working on our vision to become Europe’s leading cocktail brand.
Who are we looking for 🔎
As Sales Support Specialist you are an essential link between our field sales team and our internal operations. Your mission is to support our frontline – the field sales team – by ensuring that our cocktails reach the customer in the right way. In addition, you will ensure smooth follow-up of incoming orders, keep our database up to date, and take care of accurate invoicing.
What does this role entail? 🎁
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will:
- Process and coordinate incoming orders: You’ll enter orders into our ERP system and ensure everything is delivered correctly by coordinating with customers, account managers, warehouse staff, and (external) couriers.
- Handle customer communication: You’ll manage inquiries from leads and customers via email and phone, or pass them on to the right account manager.
- Enrich our sales database by collecting and entering the right sales figures. This creates valuable insights that help you and the sales team take targeted actions.
- Send out sales invoices and follow up on payments together with our finance department.

What do we expect from you? 👋
- You hold a degree in, or closely related to, Business or Communication Management.
- Having a few years of experience in a similar role such as office management, sales support, customer service, or administration is a strong plus.
- You have sharp commercial instincts — you easily sense customer needs and know how to respond to them.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and know how to set the right priorities.
- You have an “I can do anything” mindset, work independently, and take initiative to improve processes.
- You have a good command of Dutch and English; French is a big plus.
- You thrive in a scale-up environment where things are constantly evolving and where flexibility in working hours is essential.
- Basic knowledge of ERP tools is a plus.
